The following provisions establish the general terms and conditions of sale of the products established by the company LFDECO on the shop of its website: https: //myparisianinterior.com
The present general conditions of sale are concluded between :
- SARL LECREUX FRERES DECORATION (hereinafter referred to as "LFDECO") has a share capital of 100,000 euros and its registered office is located at 48 rue Michel Ange 75016 Paris. It is registered with the French Trade and Companies Registry under number 321357972. Intra VAT no.: FR46321357972 APE code 7410Z
- Any individual or legal entity visiting and making a purchase from the https://myparisianinterior.com website, hereinafter referred to as the "Customer".
The general terms and conditions of sale apply, without reserve or restriction, to all uses and orders of one or more items and/or services through the site and therefore imply the full acceptance of the entirety of the GCS by the Customer, who acknowledges having read them prior to placing an order. LFDECO reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time and without prior notice. Nevertheless, the GCS applicable to the customer are those accepted by the customer when the order is placed. In this respect, the customer has the option of downloading them. The company LFDECO makes the sale impossible without having previously accepted the clauses.
1 - Definitions :
The following definitions apply in these GTC ( general sales conditions )
- "Site": refers to the https://myparisianinterior.com merchant site
- "Order": refers to the Customer's firm and definitive purchase order.
- "Customer": refers to any individual or legal entity that has made an online purchase or created an account via the site.
- "Recipient": means any natural person designated by the Customer to receive an order.
- "Products": refers to items for sale online.
2-Object :
The purpose of these GTC is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of items offered by the Site to the Customer. The GCS express the entirety of the obligations of the parties: The Customer is deemed to accept without reservation the entirety of the provisions contained therein. For its part, LFDECO undertakes to respect its role as a reseller of products within the framework of the said conditions.
The Customer declares that he/she has read and understood these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The sale of Products on the Site is therefore subject to these Terms and Conditions, and placing an order implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of them.
3-Opposability :
The Customer acknowledges that he has been fully informed that his agreement to the content of these GTC does not require the signature of any document, but results from his placing an order alone.
Acceptance of the GTCS takes the form of a click following reading of the GTCS and constitutes proof that the Customer has taken cognizance of the said provisions and will be deemed irrevocable acceptance of the present.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by LFDECO. The fact that LFDECO does not avail itself at any time of any provision hereof shall not be construed as a waiver of its right to avail itself of such provision at a later date.
All customers declare that they have the capacity to contract under the conditions described above, i.e. that they are emancipated minors or have reached the legal age of majority and are not protected within the meaning of article 425 of the French Civil Code.
LFDECO reserves the right to refuse any Order from a Customer with whom a dispute exists or arises during the processing of an Order, in particular a payment dispute.
4- Products
The products offered for sale online are described as accurately as possible on the site using descriptive sheets (price, manufacturing method, materials, colors, dimensions) and photos. Information, characteristics and photographs are given for information purposes only and are generally provided by our suppliers.
Despite the utmost care, the products delivered and those presented on the Site may differ, particularly in the case of handmade, limited edition products.
Furthermore, photographs of products cannot ensure perfect similarity. Despite our best efforts, LFDECO cannot guarantee a perfect representation of the products (colors, patterns, veining, etc.).
Before placing an order, the Customer must ensure that the product ordered can be transported to the Customer's home without difficulty, particularly in view of its weight and volume. In particular, the customer must ensure that the product can pass through doors, elevators and corridors. Delivery through windows is not guaranteed.
The company LFDECO shall not be held liable for the impossibility of delivering the product ordered due to access conditions to the Customer's home.
4 .1 characteristics of handcrafted products
The products shaped by our craftsmen and workshops, particularly in colored marble, are worked and consolidated according to the rules of the trade, with the fillings, linings, glues and staples required by their nature and conformation.
As marble, stone and granite are natural materials, certain peculiarities, such as shells, wormholes, crystalline veins, glass, geodes, strata, rust spots, differences in shades, etc., cannot be considered as a refusal, nor give rise to a reduction in price.
The perfect representation of the products by the photographs and renderings on the site cannot be guaranteed and LFDECO cannot be held responsible.

4.2 Product availability
Product prices are subject to availability.
A product that has become unavailable is indicated: Product sold out
The unavailability of products will not engage the responsibility of society LFDECO.
The simple fact of adding a Product to the basket does not constitute validation of the Order. The Product may become unavailable between the time it is added to the basket and the time the Customer validates the order.
In the event that the Product is unavailable after confirmation of payment for the Order, LFDECO undertakes to cancel the Order and reimburse the Customer in full for the price paid. In this case, the refund will be made without delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days of payment of the sums by the Customer.
LFDECO makes frequent updates, but cannot be held responsible if the stock is no longer the same as that indicated on the Site. More precise information can be provided to customers by e-mail: shop@myparisianinterior.com
No cancellation indemnity will be applied or requested for such an order cancellation other than a full refund of the Order, the unavailability resulting from the time required to update the site or from a single item no longer available for sale.
No cancellation penalty will be applied for such an order cancellation.
5. Control
The Customer may place an Order via the Internet 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the Site and the Order will be processed by LFDECO.
Before placing an Order on the Site, the Customer must create a personal account. All stages of the sale are identified on the Site.
5.1 Customer account
The order process requires the creation of a customer account ("Create an Account") by entering personal information that can be consulted and modified to update the order. The Customer must provide the information requested on the corresponding form and the information required to process the Order: surname, first name, telephone number, delivery address and valid e-mail address.
5.2 Order registration and validation process
To order, the Customer must follow the following process:
- Select the desired product(s) with the chosen options and add it/them to the shopping cart.
- The customer can check the selected products and prices at any time and correct them if necessary before clicking on "Finalize my order".
- The customer can log in to his customer account by filling in the mandatory fields on the identification forms, clearly indicating the information required for delivery; or create his customer account.
- The customer must then choose the desired delivery method if several methods are offered. This depends in part on the products and delivery locations. Otherwise, the customer must accept the proposed delivery method.
- The customer must then choose the method of payment, read and accept the full terms and conditions, and proceed with the secure payment of the Order, either by credit card via the Stripe or Paypal secure interface, which will formalize the sales contract in a firm and definitive manner; or by national credit card. Payment of the Order implies full acceptance of the GCS by the customer.
The order is definitively recorded once the Customer has validated his/her payment agreement and his/her bank has accepted it.
All orders imply express and irrevocable acceptance of prices and products.
In all cases, the online provision of the credit card number and the final validation of the order by the Customer shall constitute proof of the order and payment of the amounts for the products selected. This validation constitutes signature and acceptance of all operations carried out on the Site.
As soon as the order has been validated, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail summarizing the details of the order (order number, products, delivery address, delivery method, total amount, etc.), provided that the e-mail address indicated on the registration form is correct.
If the Customer does not receive this confirmation e-mail, he/she is invited to send a request to the attention of Customer Service, available Monday to Friday, from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm: shop@myparisianinterior.com
The Customer must verify the completeness and compliance of the information provided by him to the company LFDECO: the order number, the list of products ordered and details of the price. All data provided by the Customer during the ordering process and the recorded confirmation of this order are proof of the transaction.
LFDECO cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the consequences in terms of late or incorrect delivery. In this context, all costs incurred for reshipment shall be borne by the Customer.
5.3 Order shipment
LFDECO will send an email to the Customer informing them that their order has been dispatched, provided that the email address given in the registration form is correct.
Upon receipt of the shipment confirmation e-mail, the customer can take into account the delivery times of the carriers announced. LF déco informs its customers that these delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Orders placed online on our site are picked up every day from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and vacations duly specified in the store. The time required to process and prepare an order may vary depending on the item, but should not exceed 5 working days.
5.4. Order cancellation
LFDECO may be obliged to cancel the order for legitimate reasons, in the event of an out-of-stock situation as explained in article 4.2, a technical error in the payment of the order, or an error in the product description.
In the event of cancellation, the Customer will receive an email to find a suitable solution.
6. Prices and payment
6.1 Prices
Product prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
As LFDECO's supplier prices are constantly changing, the prices displayed on the Site may be modified at any time.
Prices may be modified at any time by LFDECO and without prior notice to the Customer.
The prices mentioned on the site do not include shipping costs, which are invoiced in addition. The amount of delivery charges will be specified before final confirmation of the Order on the "Summary" page of the basket.
The prices mentioned for the products do not include any promotional offers and personal discounts which are integrated before the final validation of the order.
Prices are subject to French VAT, and any change in legal rates will be reflected in prices on the effective date.
LFDECO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being specified that the price accepted by the Customer at the time of the order is firm and definitive.
6.1 Payment security
Purchases are debited from the Customer's bank account when the Order is processed.
The customer may pay for his order online by credit card: VISA, CB and MASTERCARD and guarantees the company LFDECO he has the necessary permissions to use the method of payment.
LFDECO reserves the right to suspend all order processing and delivery in the event of refusal to authorize payment, partial payment or unresolved previous payment default.
LFDECO secures all payments in collaboration with the STRIPE system, which encrypts and protects all payment phases. The information linked to your credit card number does not circulate unencrypted on the Internet. LFDECO therefore does not store on its site the data transmitted for payment (credit card number and name of the cardholder).
The provision of the card number and final validation of the order shall constitute proof of the completeness of said order in accordance with the legal provisions of March 13, 2000 and shall constitute payment of the sums incurred corresponding to the items on the order form. This validation is equivalent to signature and express acceptance of all operations. However, in the event of fraudulent use of your credit card, you must contact customer service as soon as you notice the use of your credit card: shop@myparisianinterior.com
As part of a verification procedure to remove any doubt as to the user of a card, the Customer may be asked to email LFDECO a copy of his/her identity document and proof of address.
The order will be processed after we have checked the documents submitted. If we do not receive the parts within fifteen (15) days of the order being placed, we shall be obliged to cancel the order automatically.
7. Invoice
The online order form is not an invoice. The online invoice is available on the customer account or by email request: shop@myparisianinterior.com
8. Delivery and receipt of orders
8.1 Delivery
The delivery zone is metropolitan France and Dom Tom only.
Products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the information provided to LF DECO. LF DECO cannot be held responsible for any data entry errors and the consequences in terms of delays or delivery errors. In this context, all costs for the return of the order will be entirely at the customer's expense.

Small and medium-sized items are dispatched as standard via Colissimo within 2 to 5 working days and a maximum of 15 days after order confirmation, subject to product availability. After 30 days, the customer may send a registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to our head office at 48 rue Michel Ange 75016 Paris, requesting cancellation of the order or an extension of the delivery time.

For bulky products and custom orders, these will be sent within 3 to 12 weeks, depending on the product, and delivered directly to the customer's home.
In the case of custom orders, the purchaser will be informed of the manufacturing and delivery times.
Before placing an order for a bulky product, it is the Customer's responsibility to check that the Product can be physically delivered to his/her floor or place of delivery, taking into consideration the size, volume and weight of the Product and the size of the doors, stairwell or elevator.
Consequently, the Customer is required to inform LFDECO in advance of any constraints relating to the premises and means of access to the place of delivery so that an estimate can be drawn up taking these constraints into account. If the quotation is accepted, these costs are to be borne exclusively by the Customer and are to be paid on delivery at the latest.
LFDECO shall in no way be held liable for the impossibility of transporting the Products to the delivery address, in the absence of information on the need to use specific means of delivery. In this case, delivery will only be made in front of the Customer's home or at the foot of the Customer's building.
If several Products are ordered, separate deliveries and packages may be required.
8.2 Receiving and checking packages
Packages are delivered with their corresponding delivery note.
The Customer must check the contents and the apparent condition of the package in front of the delivery person and immediately notify the carrier and LFDECO customer service shop@myparisianinterior.com of any anomaly noted (shock, damaged package, etc.).
It is the customer's responsibility to express reservations and complaints, or even to refuse the parcel if it is obviously damaged, defective or incomplete, specifying the reason on the delivery note, a copy of which is given to the customer.
In the event that such details are not included on the delivery note, no claim can be accepted afterwards by LFDECO.
LFDECO declines all responsibility for any delays, theft, loss or deterioration of the parcel by the Post Office and carriers.
Similarly, after the package has been transported, one of the products may turn out to be defective. This is why, upon receipt of the order, the customer must check the conformity of the products received.
Any anomaly concerning the delivery must be notified on the day of receipt or no later than 48 hours after receipt to shop@myparisianinterior.com, enclosing photographs.
Any claim formulated after this deadline will be rejected and LFDECO will be released from any responsibility.
LFDECO reserves the right to ask the customer to return the defective product. If the aforementioned conditions are met, LFDECO will then exchange or reimburse the defective product(s), or reship the missing product (subject to the buyer's request being well-founded).
8.3 Transport costs
Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight and volume of the parcel, and the level of speed and security required for delivery, based on the current rates of La Poste and our carriers.
Standard delivery is by Colissimo to the address given at the time of ordering. If the parcel cannot be delivered, or if you are absent, you can collect the order within 15 days by presenting your identity card, in accordance with the delivery notice indicating the date and post office. After this period, the parcel will automatically be returned to the sender.
Delivery by courier is possible within Paris and in some neighbouring towns (Neuilly sur Seine, Levallois Perret, Boulogne and Issy les Moulineaux) from Monday to Friday between 10am and 6pm, on request and at the current rates.
Thanks to the parcel number provided, you can track your parcel by connecting to the carrier's website.
8.4 Delivery times and delays
LFDECO therefore declines all responsibility in the event of excessively long delivery times due to postal services or carriers for reasons beyond its control or due to force majeure: delays in services, customs control or means of transport, as well as in the event of loss of products ordered or strikes.
Transport risks are borne by the customer, who must make a reasoned complaint to the transport services before delivery or within three working days of delivery.
8.5 Packing and packaging
Products are packaged to ensure optimum protection during delivery. The customer is requested to respect these same standards when returning any product. If LFDECO finds that the product is returned damaged due to inadequate packaging, it may decide to refuse to reimburse it if it cannot be resold in its original condition.
9. Right of withdrawal, return and exchange
9.1 Statutory withdrawal period
In accordance with the provisions of Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, all products may be returned, exchanged or refunded - except for those marked otherwise. Custom-made items and orders for personalized items are not covered by this article and cannot be returned.
In accordance with the relative law of March 17, 2014, the Customer has a withdrawal period of fourteen (14) days from receipt of the package to return it. Where the fourteen ( 14 ) day period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday or non-working day, it is extended until the next working day.
9.2 How to exercise the right of withdrawal
Reminder: custom-made products are not subject to refund or exchange.
The return of the item(s) must imperatively be accompanied by the original delivery note for the item in its original packaging and at the buyer's expense, to the address below, respecting the following steps:
- Send an email to: shop@myparisianinterior.com so that the company can examine and validate the request, including photos of the product to be returned.
- Use the product's original packaging to return it with accessories in perfect resale condition, with no possibility of product identification on the outer packaging.
- Send the parcel to the following address Juliette Laurens LFDECO 48 rue Michel Ange 75016 Paris or to the address communicated during our email exchanges.
The sender is responsible for the parcel until it is handed over to LFDECO. We recommend the use of a shipping method with tracking and additional insurance guaranteeing, if necessary, compensation for the Products up to their actual market value in case of spoliation or loss of the package(s). Any parcel not received within fourteen (14) days, or failing to comply with the aforementioned deadlines, will not be reimbursed by LFDECO.
Any damaged article which has not been the subject of remarks or express reservations by the Customer at the time of delivery will be refused by the seller.
Products that have been washed, soiled, scratched, damaged or used cannot be returned. Similarly, any product that is incomplete, missing or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be reimbursed or exchanged, and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
LFDECO thus reserves the right to accept or refuse the returned item depending on its qualitative condition.All Products are subject to a contractual warranty.
In the event of a return accepted by LFDECO, the Customer will be reimbursed the sums paid, less the initial delivery costs, within a maximum of thirty days from the date of receipt of the product by LFDECO and validation of conformity, in accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21-4 of the French Consumer Code.
Depending on the method of payment for the Products, reimbursement for returns will be made by crediting the customer's bank account corresponding to the credit card used for payment.
If the return of the product(s) purchased results from an error on the part of LFDECO, the shipping and return costs will be fully refunded to the Customer.
After this period of 14 days, any item delivered will be considered as accepted by the Customer and cannot be returned.
10.transfer of ownership/transfer of risk
LFDECO retains full ownership of the Products sold until full payment of the price, VAT and delivery charges has been received.
However, the risks of loss, deterioration and damage to the Products ordered are transferred to the Customer at the time they are handed over to the Customer upon receipt of delivery by the Customer. In the event of damage or loss (damaged or already opened packages, etc.), it is the Customer's responsibility to make any reservations and take any action with the postal services or the carrier.
11. Warranties
11.1 Warranty of conformity
LFDECO undertakes to guarantee the conformity of its products in accordance with Article L.211-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
LFDECO undertakes to replace or reimburse any Product presenting a hidden defect in accordance with articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
The product conforms to the contract:
1- Whether it is fit for the purpose ordinarily expected of similar goods and, if so :
-If it corresponds to the description given by the seller and possesses the qualities that the seller presented to the customer.
- If it corresponds to the description given on the Site and has the qualities that a buyer may legitimately expect in view of the public statements made by the seller, by the producer or by his representative, particularly in advertising or labelling.
2- Or has the characteristics defined by mutual agreement between the parties or is suitable for any use sought by the Customer, brought to the attention of the seller and accepted by the latter.
In accordance with article L211-11 of the French Consumer Code, return shipping costs will be reimbursed upon receipt of the product if the lack of conformity is confirmed. Failing this, if the Customer does not provide proof, he/she will be reimbursed at the basic postal rate for the delivery of a parcel.
Customers wishing to exercise their warranty rights must inform LFDECO's Customer Service Department as soon as they are aware of the situation by e-mail: shop@myparisianinterior.com with a substantiated complaint accompanied by proof of the loss suffered and photos. In the event of non-conformity, the Customer may request, to the exclusion of any other compensation or damages: either replacement of the product, or reimbursement of the product including shipping costs.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies only to the essential characteristics of the products. The photographs of the products presented on the Site are as faithful as possible, but cannot guarantee perfect similarity with the products received, particularly in terms of color. Samples of our materials are provided for information only, with no guarantee of perfect conformity. These natural materials are subject to variations in color and veining over large surfaces. However, we take the utmost care in their supply.
11.1 Warranty against hidden defects
In accordance with Article 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, the Customer also benefits from the legal warranty against hidden defects for products sold on the Site.
The implementation of the legal warranty of conformity does not preclude the action for warranty of latent defects. Four (4) conditions must be met for the customer to benefit from this warranty:
- The defect affecting the product is serious
- The defect must be hidden
- The defect existed prior to purchase, even if it became apparent at a later date.
- It must not be the result of misuse of the product.
In accordance with article 1648 of the French Civil Code, any action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the purchaser as soon as possible, and within a maximum of two years from the discovery of the defect.
To benefit from the warranty, the Customer must act as soon as possible when the four (4) conditions are met in order to request, to the exclusion of any other indemnity or damages: either the replacement of the product, or the reimbursement of the product.
11.2 Warranty exclusions
Our warranty does not apply in the event of normal wear and tear, faulty maintenance, abnormal use, installation or operating modifications carried out without our agreement.
LFDECO is also not responsible for hidden defects in natural materials, nor for damage caused by frost, saltpetre, binders or any other causes. Dehorns or spalls caused during handling are not eligible for discounts.
In addition, and in any event, the warranty shall not go beyond the outright replacement, in accordance with the conditions of the sales contract, of the goods recognized as defective, to the exclusion of any other compensation. Any refusal for aesthetic reasons may render LFDECO in default, and therefore may not be the subject of any claim. The warranty takes effect on the day the order is paid in full.
12. Intellectual property
The elements of the Site are the property of LFDECO and/or its partners, holders of the related rights, which the user expressly acknowledges. The Customer is not authorized to reproduce, exploit, distribute or use in any way whatsoever, even partially, elements of the Site. It is forbidden to copy, extract, distribute, modify or adapt the content of the site.
13. Liability, applicable law and jurisdiction
13.1 Liability
LFDECO cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet, such as interruption of service, intrusion or viruses. LFDECO declines all responsibility for sites to which its own Site refers via hypertext links.
LF DECO is exonerated from all liability for any breach of its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure or fortuitous event. In the case of an act of God, LFDECO will inform the Customer within seven days of its occurrence. The Customer may request cancellation of the order if the impediment continues for more than fifteen days.
13.2 Applicable law and jurisdiction
The present General Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with the present General Terms and Conditions, the Parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action.
Should the Parties fail to reach an amicable solution within one (1) month of the first formal notice to settle the said dispute by the most diligent Party, the Parties agree that in the event of a dispute concerning the validity, interpretation and/or performance of the present General Terms and Conditions, the Paris courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
